I always wanted to bring my children on holidays that exposed them to new ideas, that connected them with nature and that helped them connect with themselves. The Summer Family Adventure Holiday with Yoga was designed with this in mind.

When everyone arrives, we head to the neighbouring farm, the last subsistence farm in the area to get milk from the cows. We meet Madame Guillot who must be in her late 80's. She still grows all her own vegetables.

The children and I discuss the use of technology at the beginning of the week and they invariably come up with very good guidelines for themselves. Most of the children join in with the yoga in the morning but what is really special is the freedom they have to connect with nature in all its glory
