WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
This Family Adventure Holiday with Yoga is a very unique holiday! There is a very special warmth and energy on the trip that enables you to easily connect with your higher yourself, your family, the other amazing people in the group and nature.
This trip attracts fantastic people and creates many long term friendships. It takes you to parts of the Alps that even the locals rarely see. It empowers children, encourages a great appreciation for nature, and reinvigorates parents!
There is a magical bond created by sliding down leafy banks, sharing stories as the sun sets over the mountains and watching your children squeal as they dive under a glacial waterfall...
We stay in one of the few beautiful 5* Chalets in the Samoens Valley with a large flat garden and it's own pool. We indulge in healthy chef prepared delicious meals sourced as locally and organically as possible. All our meals are vegetarian or vegan and dietary requirements can be catered for. With climate change and the importance of reducing our meat consumption, our chef takes great pleasure in convincing the most ardent 'meatatarians' that vegetarian food can be delicious and substantial!
We welcome all families on our trips. Many guests come back again and again!

SCHEDULE
There are 4 fully organised activity days
and a couple of days to be on your own with your family or with the other guests. The programme is designed according to the interests of every group, but generally...
Day 1 Everyone arrives by 4pm. We have a Welcome Circle and Dinner. There is always time for a dip in the pool.
Day 2 After yoga and breakfast, we go on a fun and adventurous secret walk past a hidden canyon and end up at Lac Blue where we swim in Lac Blue, play on the inflatable Aqua Park and/ or do a thrilling high ropes course in the trees with a zip wire over the lake.
Day 3 After yoga and breakfast, we might hike to ‘The End of the World', one of the natural wonders of France where we can bathe under a glacial waterfall and may spot Ibex. Then we'll head back to Samoens for White Water Rafting.
Day 4 Today is a free day. We have plenty of suggestions! You may want to do something extreme like canyoning, rock climbing, parapenting, or downhill mountain biking or you may want to just take it easy… and lounge around at the pool or by a lake... or head to nearby Chamonix or Annecy.
Days 5 and 6 This is often the highlight of the trip! You'll take 2 days of picnics and spend all day hiking up to a mountain refuge. The air is crystal clear and the views and energy are spectacular. You follow a very well marked trail passing donkeys and other travellers. It feels a little like the Himalaya.. in the Alps.
We meet up at a river for lunch and spend a memorable night in a cosy catered refuge. We sleep communally in the refuge in bunks or comfy mattresses on the floor.
Day 7 Today is a well needed rest day. We all meet up in the evening for a last communal dinner which often turns into a disco!
Day 8 Farewells by 10am and plans to meet up in the future!
