What's it about?
Our Winter Mountain Mindfulness Retreat is completely unique!
We request that everyone make their way to the French Alps by train if possible. There you will be collected by Agnieszka and the adventure will begin!
We like to keep the Retreat a bit of a mystery and to allow the unknown to unfold. Each day there will be magical journey into winter wonderlands.
You will be a small group of 8 - 10 participants from around the world.
Agnieszka is deeply passionate and knowledgable about the local ecology, flora and fauna and weaves this into the experiential retreat. There will be a couple of days of snow shoeing to some incredible places off the beaten track. You will explore Sixt Fer a Cheval, a Wonder of France.
There will also be an opportunity to explore the art of ski du fond on one the most spectacular tracks in the Alps.
The physical side of the activities will be accessible to all and adjusted to each group. If you are an endurance athlete, there will be time, maps and guidance available for you to set off on your own ventures before or after the activities.
There are shared and single rooms and you can select your preference in the booking form by clicking the Book Now button below.
Breakfast will be shared in the chalet and then you will have an opportunity to make up a picnic.
Dinner is shared communally in the cosy chalet or around a fire.
The food is largely plant based. It is all home prepared with local, organic ingredients where possible. Dietary Requirements can be catered for.
